What is the minimum resolution my photo should have?
In the table below you will find the minimum resolutions for each size Xpozer. The higher the resolution, the better, but make sure you do not increase the resolution 'artificially' by using a photo editing program (such as Photoshop, Aperture, Luminar, Picasa etc). We do not print photos with less than 80 ppi (pixels per inch) and each photo is checked for this minimum resolution.

What is the minimum resolution should myillustrationhave?
If you make vector-based illustrations (logos, texts) or photo collages or photo mosaic that consist of several photos, we recommend 300 ppi.
Which color profile is recommended?
sRGB or AdobeRGB. These are already used by digital cameras as the standard profile. The use of other profiles can lead to color deviations. CMYK files are not recommended. CMYK files have a limited and different color space than sRGB or AdobeRGB. When converting to CMYK, a lot of colors are thrown away and as a result the quality of your photo usually deteriorates.
Which file format should I submit?
We recommend that you submit your photo as JPG for maximum quality. In addition, it is possible to supply your photo as PNG or TIFF, however due to file size these can lead to upload problems. Do you have an exceptional situation? Please contact us.
How big can my file be?
A professional photo in JPG format with a high resolution often has a size between 10 and 30MB. The maximum file size is 100 MB.
Is a TIFF file better than a JPG?
In theory, a tiff can store more information about an image (number of bits and without compression). The difference between a tiff and a jpg will not be visible in practice / print. A TIFF can also lead to a poorer result if stored incorrectly.
