💪 Your Challenge as a Customer Operations Coordinator

In this pivotal role, you are the person who ensures everything runs smoothly. You are the first point of contact for our customers and solve their issues. But you go a step further: you analyze recurring problems and, together with the team, build systems and processes to prevent them in the future. You are an indispensable link between the customer, our production team, and the marketing department. Your goal is not just to solve problems, but to stay ahead of them.

What you'll be doing:

  • Customer Contact: You will be the friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for our customers via email, phone, and chat.

  • Improving Systems and Processes: You enjoy solving puzzles. You identify where things in our daily work can be done more efficiently and actively help improve our workflows and systems (like smart AI tools). Your goal is to make the experience a little better every day for yourself, your colleagues, and our customers.

  • Coordinating: You are the link between the customer and our production. You ensure that orders, questions, and special requests are processed flawlessly.

  • Coordinating Marketing Activities: You are the organizational force behind marketing projects. This includes coordinating our annual photo contest, maintaining contact with influencers, and assisting with our social media content planning.

What we're looking for:

  • A passion for organizing, structuring, and improving processes. You think in solutions, not in problems.

  • You are proactive, a real doer, and can work excellently independently.

  • You are digitally savvy and comfortable with systems; you enjoy learning and applying new (AI) tools.

  • You have strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.

  • Experience with coordinating tasks is a plus.

  • Available for 32-40 hours per week.
