Returns & Exchanges

At Xpozer, every order is a custom piece of art, printed specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Products that are not specifically made to order can be returned within 14 days. The customer is responsible for the return shipment. There is no restocking fee.

If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, please reach out with your order number and details on how we can improve your product. Our Customer Service Team will gladly assist you in finding a solution. Therefore we offer a photo check service before printing your photos.

Shipping Damage

We take great care in packaging your prints so they arrive safely. In the rare event that your items are damaged during shipping, please retain all packaging materials and contact us with your order number for assistance. If possible, include a photo of the damage to the product and packaging.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If your order is not yet in production, we may be able to make adjustments, but we can't give any guarantees. Contact us as soon as possible with any changes.
