💪 Your Challenge as a Customer Happiness & Marketing Support Specialist:

In this versatile role, you are the heart of our customer interaction and an essential part of our marketing team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers in Europe and the United States, ensuring they have a fantastic experience. At the same time, you'll use your creative and technical skills to support our marketers with their projects.

What you'll be doing:

  • Customer Happiness: You'll answer customer questions via email, phone, and chat, advise them on our products, and assist them with their orders.
  • Problem-Solving: You'll resolve any customer issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring every customer has a top-notch experience.
  • Marketing Support: You'll assist the marketing team in setting up campaigns, preparing newsletters, and managing content.
  • Creative Content: You'll perform basic edits in Photoshop and help create visually appealing content for our website and social media channels.
  • Working Smart: You'll use our systems and (AI) tools to optimize your workflows and continuously improve the customer experience.

What we're looking for:

  • A passion for customer interaction and a natural drive to help people.
  • You are tech-savvy and a quick learner when it comes to new systems; an interest in AI tools is a big plus.
  • Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop or similar creative software.
  • You are proactive, can work independently, and are a true team player.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Available for 32-40 hours per week.
