Production Locations
Orders in Europe are shipped from the Netherlands.
Orders in the U.S.A and Canada are shipped from the U.S.A.
Orders to the rest of the world are shipped from the Netherlands.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders or special promotions may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping will usually take between 1-7 days depending on your location.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and carrier delays.

International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, customs fees, taxes, and import duties may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Xpozer is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Undeliverable Packages & Address Errors
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.
